On behalf of the Wesley Sunday School class, I would like to thank everyone
who gave their time and financial support to help with this years fund
raiser to benefit WOW. The response has been tremendous. It would be
impossible to mention everyone without leaving someone out. As usual, the
guys at the Friendship Benefit Center did a wonderful job. I would like to
give a special thanks to Donna Douglas, better known to all of us as Elly May
Clampett. She gave a beautiful message that was a blessing to all who heard
it. We are so looking forward to having her back to speak to the
congregation. With everyone's continued support, next years event promises
to be better than ever. We are already coming up with some new ideas. With
Gods help, we will continue to support the battered and abused women and
children of Livingston Parish.
